Wich I could use to format my harddrive? For some reason I've been having these boot errors, but my desktop lacks a dvd-drive due to my own fault. So I want the erase it fully and install winXP on it.

It's not possible while windows is running.
However, most modern desktop/laptops are able to boot from usb so you can use that to format instead of using a dvd.

Yeah, I know it isn't possible. I used to have this program that you burn on a disc and then just launch it. It will overwrite your hard disk with zero's and ones. I can't seem to find the disc though and I forgot the name. I tried just installing the winXP professional, but it gives me the 'error loading operating system...'
