What? I am not even talking about that. I was saying maybe because it is a good way to end a biceps excercise by implenting some direct work to the forearms too by doing hammer curls and because hammer curls are great biceps excercise. Other than that you can not demand what and what not people should be able to do in weight for each excercise. There is not an official number for which excercises you should be able to do more weight with than others. Especially not when we talk isolation of smaller muscle groups. You might have an extremely weak forearm which will hinder the weight in hammer curls, but on the other hand you might have the strongest biceps hence you would curl more.

I'm doing it right now with some variants(thanks to you haha). I am finally starting to be more modivated and pushing myself, I started (with no biceps at all, though i've always been able to bench quite a bit) at 40 pounds barbell curling and now i'm at 60, in only a month.
