Soo yeah, some peeps know this game, others don't. Quite a while ago Sandman made a post 'bout it so I might aswell quote him:

So yeah, how about playin a bit online? I've currently set up a server just to see how it works out. Can probs host a dedicated longer if there's actually some interest.

Currently the server is there just for practising / entertainment. The map's small and max player amount is 256 soo.. UNLEASH THE CHAOS, FRIENDS! There'll obviously be a more serious map with 2056x2056 size and so forth if peeps want but for now, let's just see what happens.

Rules:

- Do not fail your company. Not on purpose anyways.
- Be as mean as you can to other companies!

Guide:

After ye've downloaded the game, head over to multiplayer section, enter your name in the corner, and find the server "On Ar Pee Gee" from the list. Join an existing company or make a new one if there's still room! Enter the password "peanut" and yer good to go. If yer new to the game, I'd suggest checking the "Getting Started" guide first (http://wiki.openttd.org/Getting_Started).

Meh, I'm bored and ya never know. I don't have too high expectations either tho.

Also, if ye have any problems with joining the server or anythin', do ask.

EDIT: There were some issues with the server not showing on the list. Should work now tho.

EDIT2: Well 'twas a failure I guess, shutting the server down for now. Do post if yer still interested tho.
