None of what Runwiththelight said is true.

He's basing it off the animated movie. Like I said, people watch a cartoon and suddenly think they know things, but Heaven forbid I say that.

Iron Man, Ant-Man, Thor and Hulk are among the founding members. Captain America didn't have any association with the team until issue #4 and after. He wasn't the founding or first of anything to do with The Avengers. He's an older character by just over 20 years (1941 was his first appearance, The Avengers #1 came out in 1963), but he wasn't a part of their formation.

I apologize for seeing a movie made by DC and believing what they showed.

Exactly. I own over 300 of just Batman. It's not arrogance when I say that questions like Loric's should be left to me, or at least Wiki-d if you really wanna answer it.

It's not about being almighty, it's about me always having the most knowledge to answer such a question on this site, thus helping out whoever is asking.

If you feel that's an untrue statement, that I am not the best person to answer Loric's kind of question, by all means say so. I could understand if I was acting like I knew the most and I didn't, but I do.

There's a reason people generally post, "Waiting for Norrin's opinion." in any thread pertaining to comics.
