Rf online has later in game content though it might not really be noob friendly...

Ragnarok Online.... one of the most enjoyable times of my gaming career though i played on a *cough* pvp server... it was still insane, it is sorta noob friendly if you really are a noob, but it gets really bad when you become known and hated xD still i made loads of friends
