I'll try to describe it as best as i can. I think is was a M-rated game and the setting of the game was medieval. The thing that was special about this game was that you armor would all apart if you didn't repair it. Not in the ordinary way but it would fall apart in a visual way, you would see the cracks etc. Also I think it was a free game and might (not 100% sure) have been in a beta status.

Maybe I should point out that i didn't play this game but a saw it in a MMORPG article/list (trailer/pictures), maybe 5-6 month ago. So if anyone know what game I'm talking about please write it down

Might have been more of an article, and the article was like a list of diffrent MMORPG (M-rated).

Vindictus kind of matches your description, your armor breaks apart if you keep taking hits.

The trailers make it look M-rated, and it's a very graphic game...
