Simply put if you are interested in an english version of Granado Espada. Do not choose Sword. G1 are horribly incompetent. Can't get bugs fixed, have a problem with dupers, and hasn't updated the game in a long time.
Sword of the New World is currently running a partial version of 2.9.1 because they couldn't manage to get the full version of 2.9.1 to work. Even now 8 months later they still can't comment as to when the rest of 2.9.1 will be coming out, let alone 3.0, 3.2, or 3.4. (Which makes Sword of the New World the most outdated version of Granado Espada. Even the Russian version has 3.0 to my knowledge)
If you are interested in playing Granado Espada in english I highly suggest going with sGE.

sGE is currently running 3.2 with 3.4 set to go live on the 18th. Has a much better population then Sword of the New World. IAH have proven to be a much more capable company hosting sGE then K2/G1 could ever hope to be, with Sword of the New World. (The reason why the population has dropped off so much is because of G1's incompetence)
