Most UFO's are of an terrestrial origin be it something natural or man made. While I do think there are other intelligent life forms out there. They are more than likely not close enough to contact us. Even if they are advanced they would more than likely have to travel the speed of light to get here and even then it would most likely take a very long time to get here. This is most likely a hoax or something that can be explained.
