I've been clean for about 1 week. Today I learned i have a UA 4 hours from now and the only drug I've used was marijuana (headbands if it matters). So I need some advice from a gaming community.

Theres no sure fire way to pass in 4 hours, i would suggest working out alot drink alot of cranberry juice and water and if you have it take a few niacin that have flush.

if you hadnt smoked alot then those might help you. if you have then nothing you can do will clear you system out in 4 hours. GL.

Wow this is bullshit since i just got out of treatment and if i fail im going back. I also just found out my sisters the one who called me in. On top of that its looks like im going to fail the 12th grade if i fail this test. So im riding on the hopes that I have the viral pnemonia I think I have and can't go to treatment.
