Hello.

I downloaded this game a long time ago and had problems logging in. I thought it was my location or computer that had "compatibility" issues, but I just bought a brand new computer lately. But I still can't play.

So, here's my problem in details, any help would be appreciated and sorry for any irrelevant information in it :

I am located in France, I could register an account, log in, download the game, when I clicked "Start Game" I got some kind of patch files downloader. After that my screens reduces its resolution and it goes fullscreen on a black screen with a big, pixelised, white cursor.
After that, I am back to my desktop with a message "Runtime Error Unexpected termination for C:\\Nexus\Arad.exe".
We told me to switch in japanese for non-unicode, which I did, I reinstalled the game in japanese non-unicode and tried to launch it again but it did exactly the same.
I tried to move the folder into my "program files" folder but it did not work either.

Thanks for any answer, and I apologize if this issue has already been adressed, but the topic is 300 pages big, and I admit I did not felt like reading everything.
