Its more along the lines of landing at airport or private airport, and i might have to check i think the whole different country you need a certain rights for landing in other places then Airports

No i cannot land in your yard unless you go threw certain procedejures (go to the city hall for that stuff) and that usually costs quite a sum of cash
and then theres a certain altitude req over certain areas
