((OOC: I am not good with that either, Arri, so let's push it on Kain (sorry xD )!
EDIT: ^Ignore xD (I'm keeping it because it seemed funny to me :/ ) ))
Niola could sense the pain and fatigue rushing down like a rapid waterfall all over Cyr in a never ending cycle. The way he dragged his feet and the intervals where he actually got a chance to breathe before a coughing fit overwhelmed him made it evident that his body was not ready for another battle. This left Niola constantly on guard, making her appear tense and on edge the whole way to the academy. With each movement of a critter or the motion of a clumsy breeze knocking into tree branches, Niola darted her eyes in the direction of the sound, like two ambers seeking the sun's rays of light in the distant sky.
Before Niola knew it, her body was hovering slightly, her feet bouncing on pillows of air in a springy fashion. A bullet of wind instantly sliced in the direction of any noise loud enough to gain Niola's attention, which sometimes resulted in harming innocent little critters. Once, Niola even aimed her thin, yet powerful wind arrows at a fluffy, white rabbit. The poor bunny was not seriusly hurt, but a small cut beneath the rabbit's right ear caused the area to bleed slightly.
"Great, first Cyr breaks the neck of a psychotic brat, and now I'm harming cute, little bunnies," Niola though sarcastically as she tried to cover the wound with a piece of her ruined shirt that was dangling out of her bag. The result was a black bow of sorts, only upside down, instead of on top of the ear. Sighing, Niola watched as the rabbit frantically hopped away.
"Good thing Cyr isn't like one of those 'you-shouldn't-hurt-poor-little-animals' kind of people. Actually, I have to question the range of his heart. While he will do anything for his allies, the death of an enemy does drive him insane. I won't repremand him for slaughtering that chaotic boy, but most people would break down. Is he truly lost, or does he not worry about the death of those that take life for granted, discarding it as though it were trash? Either way, I'm afraid he'll end up like -- wait, can Cyr read minds? I know he can connect minds and implant comments and what-not in them, but I never even considered the reverse. What if he heard everything I just thought?!"
Niola glanced over at Cyr, her eyes widening as he dropped to the ground. Concern overlapping fear, Niola bent to her knees and placed a hand on his shoulder. He looked ghastly, like a child that was locked in a dark room for years, only to be released recently and brought before her. It was obviously do to his blood lost, but Cyr appeared almost anemic. Her thoughts were all erased in a moments notice, though, the moment Cyr asked her about whether or not she had cried earlier. Blushing and tilting her head to the sky, as though the solution would fall through the scattered clouds, Niola tried to think of something to say. Obviously, Niola was not the type to immediately blurt out the truth, but she wouldn't instantly deny it either. Instead...
"I thought you were unconscious," Niola begun jokingly, trying to hide the answer by going about it indirectly.
"I admit you woke up rather quickly -- which was dangerous, mind you -- but, from where I was watching, you looked completely out of it. I mean...you muttered something about...poison. You should really take better care of your body, Cyr. I don't think Nel will come to our aid any time soon. We might find her at the academy, though! Look, we are almost there! Come on!"
Trying to keep Cyr's mind off of her little "breakdown", Niola glided ahead towards the school.
((OOC: If you want to reply to any of my comments, I can easily show my reactions in the next post (as a sort of flashback or other). Also, Nel, you can either follow a trail of blood leading up to Cyr or collide into the zooming Niola; whichever one, or something completely different.
