I don't believe they have a seperate option to buy/download tetra master. Although if you have the PC version of FFXi with Tetra Master there is a seperate subscription for just Tetra Master. So you get free Play Online and a $1 Dollar Tetra Master subscription, or at least it used to be another dollar.
