Legend 1 :: Red Illusion Sergeant

This is the big guy at the bottom of Venom Swamp...

I got to this as I got to lvl20 (2 dan). But When I hit him, he doesn't even notice.
The quest help on http://www.mugzzzy.com/hero.htm
says you don't even need the firey sword thing I got, I just have to kill him! but I can't dent him!

I'm guessing those trinkets that Mistress Pony gave me could be usefull? but they need lvl30 to wear. So I'm assuming that I won't be ready until lvl30! that's an awfull lot of time between stages, 10 lvls?

What do I need to kill this guy?

You can kill the guy at lvl 20 if u spam chi pots and hp pots use the sword if you want the list for the quest. The only hard thing is that guy has lots of bodyguards pm l8r i can help you with that.

I found the details on the official forums in the end and did him last night!
It only took 7 pots and 8 chi-leaves and that flaming sword thing does make a difference!
Unfortunately now I've got to get to about lvl30 with absolutely no lebegnds or stories! bit boring

20-30 was quite hard for me i spent like 50 hours on it. again pm if you need help lvling

u dont really need to have the demon restrain sword aka the flammy sword

instead u can also use any other sword u just wont be able to normal hit him instead u can only use skill on him and 20-30 for me was a breeze.

Is there any trick how i can attack him without his bodyguard attacking me ?

I dont think so. I had alot of hp and mana pots and just focused my skill attacks on the sargeant. But here's a tip: The archers and that one guy, I think he is red illusion rogue are ALOT easier to kill. So if you are surrounded spend a few minutes running away so u are not in the middle of the mob, and attacking whoever is not the sargeant. Hope this helps.

Ok i killed him now and it wasnt hard at lvl 22 but when i first went there i was like 17 or 18 dont remember ^^ the best way to kill him is sure to spam powers and heal
