Hmm sound interesting, the question is could you make it? Anyone can come up with a bunch of facts that they would like in there game. Hopefully youll be able to do this though as it sounds like a cool concept.
Also the bounty idea for breaking the games rules sounds like something that happened in this anime I watch called //Hack, Im not to sure if thats what made you think of the idea but thats would imediatly sprung to my mind when I read that part.
