And don't delve any further into deciphering what the title meant, it seems to bring in some spoilers (if you're gonna watch).

I was hoping of that too, but it seems very unlikely though :/ It's a rather cutesy-moe kind of anime, and have some sort of similarity with Seto no Hanayome (Mermaid in the sea coming up to land). The story seems to have a big emotional ride, but then again you might still want to check it out.
