You see the dimps of the 26fps.
when it goes below, its really noticable.. and when it says you have around that fps.. you usually get dimps.
40fps tubles down too, but not as low as 26 so it stays higher than the eye can see.
The rest is between you're ears sir.
it was 26..or 24.. but its not a proven thing and will always be impossable to prove.
I for one can see no diffrence in 30 and 60fps. (IF LOCKED)
I do see diffrence when it tumbles down, at 60fps Its still higher than I can see because it stays just as smooth to me.
At 30 however.... I notice it tumbling down sometime
