The average movie-With motionblurs runs at 24 frames per second, and this seems choppy in some cases. Remove the motion blue and you need a higher FPS to maintain the same overall apeal.
The human body is capable of many things and is indiffrent in many people-However you can see the diffrence between 30-60, therefore at some point in someway our brain and eyes are capable of viewing this diffrence.
