that rule would really limit people in certain ways. Why can't a user join up and show us a game right away. Why must he make 7 posts before he can post the link. If anything it will encourage more spamming as bots/members will just keep posting till they can post links.
I see where you are coming from, but it is a double edged sword. This will most likely not be implemented.
