I didn't watch Kanokon because the plot doesn't seems interesting.
But Zero no Tsukaima was pretty epic with its magic stuffs.

I don't watch specifically for that, and I don't know about the rest, but Umi Monogatari fits the kind of "fantasy" that I have pursued in anime.
And obviously when I am talking about fantasy, some idiot has to jump in and say something else like "fantasize" and put words into my mouth, but actually what I meant was the kind of magical settings it gave
Oh well, misleading words tend to arouse people anyway
