To install Windows 7. It says it needs a temporary partition of 680Mbs on the boot disk. I'm sure I have that. My Disk 0 says Healthy, Boot, etc. and has 681Mbs unallocated. The windows .exe can't find the partition.
What do? Please?

Otherwise, go into your BOOT menu in BIOS, then disable Optical drive ( Your CD rom drives) from the start up boot menu, or bring it lower in the queue. this is often the problem sometimes. |

i'm thinking you might need to make a bootable iso from the exe?
like: http://www.mydigitallife.info/2009/1...up2-box-files/ could be wrong though, i've never heard of installing windows 7 through an exe haha. edit: actually i think i'm reading the post wrong, have you tried making a partition separate to the one you run windows off now?
