FEAR problems?

hey

im getting problems launching FEAR, i have installed it.etc but when i launch it, my screen goes black and i can see the cursor as if its loading, then cursor dissapears, then the black screen goes smaller and sticks to the top left of my mointer, revealing my desktop to me.

graphically, my computer should be able to run FEAR.

2.0ghz pentium 4
nvidia 6600
2gb ram.etc

any ideas?

im in, but is there no way i can play with sounds, as without kinda ruins it?

If you have ace media(mega?) codec pack installed go to its config screen and choose minimal codec layout.

How do i find my codec config screens? were will they be on my comp by default?

I did bother. Theres no way to sort the sound out. You just need a better video card probally or post something on the support forums over at sierra. Good day.
