Ok. First sig in photoshop cs5 extended. NO TUTORIAL it is just me messing around.

Btw I know my name looks retarded (if you can see it) so hate on it please haha and give me some advice. I know I can improve on it... ALOT... Haha so hate

Alright, it seems you already know this, but it looks like a trainwreck.

The background on the left half is messed right up.

It also looks like you just filled in a layer completely green, then made it transparent with some blending options.

I advise you to try tutorials. You could study what other people have done, and see if you can't learn from that.
