This is what I have right now, still in process, suggestions?

WAAAAH

To many colors. Concentrate on 2-3 main colors, like i did. And that red burns my eyes, you should replace it with a much much darker one

nah, still too many colors, and it still doesnt look organized.
a web layout always follows some strict rules to appeal the customers eye.
you should lookup some basic photoshop tutorials to learn the basics

Woooow you have much to learn, youre using allot of bright colors, I would strongly advice you not to do that. Your eyes need to relax if they have to read something, and with a brighter background this is harder.

Selling website templates is actually quite hard so good luck with that, tried few times with no luck.

Also, remember it's very good to learn from others. Look at popular websites and study how they're doing things and it'll help a lot.
