Definitely NOT Hidden: Source. Very nice game, hardly any players. Zombie Panic! Source is a good one. Zombie Master is a good one. Insurgency is a really good one. If you like tactical shooters, it's one to look into. Source-Forts isn't too bad. I'm not sure how the population in that game is anymore, though. That's about it for off the top of my head. Those games are really the only ones that I know of that have had, or still have, a fairly large population.
