For akuma you need to do this ...
Akuma - After unlocking Sakura, Dan, Cammy, Fei Long, Gen and Rose, Fight him on arcade mode, to do that, Get at least 1 perfect, achieve 5 first attack, no continues, defeat Seth, and Akuma will show up, then defeat him.
only unlocked Sakura Rose and Dan , still need Fei Long and Cammy >.<
Gouken - After unlocking Akuma, Sakura, Dan, Cammy, Fei Long, Gen and Rose, finish the game using Akuma, then fight Gouken on arcade mode, to do that, Get at least 1 perfect and at least 3 Ultra Finishes, achieve 5 first attack and no continues. Akuma's ultra is real easy to do, just press LP, LP, Back, LK + HP. Can also be done like this, LP, LP, Back + LK + HP.
so , i doubt anyone unlocked them yet ...
