While congress retains the right to make laws to its property, aka the US of A, one forgets the reason the Bill of Rights was created. It was created because the first signers believed the constitution was still too vague and left too much power to the government. As such, the first ten amendments were made as so to ensure that government does not overstep its bounds and become to controlling.

While the interpretation is up to the Supreme Court with article IV, with the following amendments added to the Constitution, it is the job of congress to pass laws that ensure the safety of the US based off of the principles in the Constitutions, especially based off of the Bill of Rights.


While the Constitution delegates powers, its the Amendments which delegate how those powers can be used.

If the Federal Health Car bill makes it to law, and Supreme Court hears a case about it, I guarantee it will get thrown out. The bill violates people liberty to choose which doctor and which medical procedures are best to preserve their life. Because there will only be ONE health-care plan, there would be no alternative to the system.

There is a reason why sociallism is on the fall . . . because it doesn't work . . . simply because were are NOT created equal, despite what everyone says to you growing up. We are all individually unique, needing different things in life.
