Emma rolled over, the thin beams on light from her window shining in her eyes. She covered her face, groaning to herself softly as she swung her legs out of bed. Getting up, she picked up her glasses from the bedside table and walked into the bathroom. After showering and dressing, Emma quickly poured herself some cereal and ate it. The marine was disguised temporarily as just a normal business woman. Well, that’s what her uniform looked like without the large navy coat. A white shirt tucked into grey trousers with boots. After finishing her food and dumping it in the kitchen sink, she quickly adjusted her tie before folding her coat gently and placing it in her infamous bag. She exited her apartment in The High Risers and slipped into her car.
Emma enjoyed driving, it gave her an odd sense of freedom. Driving for 10 minutes in her old and battered car, Emma grinded to a stop in a shopping mall car park and got out. She quietly and quickly made her way to a small door down an alley way a few minutes away. It looked battered and appeared to be locked. However, Emma slipped in and took a surprisingly shiny elevator to the Labyrinth. It wasn’t long before Emma was comfortable in her office, wading through the masses of paper, books and medical items. Removing her coat from her bag, she put it on and did up all the buttons, taking pride in it. She needed something to do. |

Coral was sitting is a helicopter on it's way back into New York. She was ridding with a few soldiers who had helped her bring down a werewolf pack. The lead werewolf was laying dead on the floor of their heli. The helicopter landed and the soldiers unloaded the beast. She walked into an abandoned warehouse. In there was a door all the way in the back. She went through it and opened up the light switch on the wall. Behind it was a button. She pressed it and the small room shifted and slowly moved downward. It opened up on the Labyrinth. She walked through the research department in her way to the offices. As she walked she saw through windows monsters and beasts being tested and torn apart in search of animus and it made her smile. She loved it.
She made it to the offices and she went to one specific one. She walked in without being invited. "Emma, I believe. I am your new Commander. You may call me Coral." She examined the girls office with a disappointed look. "I was interested with your file. You are a good person. You help people. You're honest and caring. So what are you doing here?" she asked with a spiteful tone in her voice. Coral got in close and menacing. Emma was simple and innocent. She intrigued her, but she was sure that the little girl would grow out of it, they always did. But this one was interesting... |

"Emma, I believe. I am your new Commander. You may call me Coral."
Emma's head shot up in suprise at the sudden voice. Crap. It was her. Quickly gathering most of her papers into one neat pile, she sat on the edge of her seat and looked directly at her. "I was interested with your file. You are a good person. You help people. You're honest and caring. So what are you doing here?" "What am I doing here, commander? I was an experiment of the Illuminati, specially modified to perform better than everyone else." Emma paused for a minute, though every nerve in her body was telling her not too, the marine stood up. "Everybody is different, no?" She suddenly felt as if she'd crossed the line. Swiftly falling down back into her wheelie desk chair. "Besides. I only help people who are in desperate need, or are of the Illuminati, Commander Coral." |

Fletcher tears off his blindfold as he hears the door shut. He looks around at his surroundings. A bed.... a cupboard... carpet... a door leading into what looks like a bathroom.... a very large mirror....
Metal walls.... no windows... Its comfortable, but it's still a bloody prison. Last thing he actually saw was a taxi... an airport... I was definitely on a plane... I'm certain i'm not in London anymore. Probably not even in the UK... He peers at the table. A black fabric bag lay upon it, compartments sewn all over it and a light weave of kevlar protecting the interior compartment. At least they let me keep my laptop... He then turns his attention to the room again, his mind running over his situation. Heavy metal door... this was probably a proper cell thats been furnished.... massive mirror... obviously a one-way window.... echoes.... clean smell... could be anywhere... even underground.. Then the reality really hit him. He has officially been disappeared off the face of the earth. He ran over to the mirror and beat against it. Fear gripping him and helplessness weighing on his heart. A computer won't help him here. "Oi! Where am I?! Who are you?! Answer me, you tossers!" |

Coral gave Emma and spiteful look. How dare she speak to a commander like that. Coral regained her cool demeanor and straightened herself out. She'll learn. "We don't... help others." just the word help seemed to have a bad taste as it came out. "If it bettered our own cause we would kick a down, crippled, man and steal his wallet. Luckily money is no issue, so I won't have to get blood and spit on my boot." She said smugly. "You should consider your position lucky. If you were more... attractive you'd be seducing some government official right now. Still, I'm sure that even you could do a better job then Monica." She said with a cold heart. "Come. I wish to show you black market."...

"What are you trying to say, Commander?" Emma's eyebrows furrowed as she mentioned the prospect of seducing government officials. "My standards are not rock bottom. I work for my position."
"Still, I'm sure that even you could do a better job then Monica. Come. I wish to show you black market." Emma wordlessly stood up again, her chair wheeling behind her and banging into the wall. She readjusted her coat, and stuffed a few things into her shoulder bag. Mainly just bits and pieces of medical supplies. Swinging the bag over her shoulder, Emma moved around her desk and brushed blue strands of hair from her face. "As you wish, Commander." Then, just as a afterthought, Emma opened a locker to the left of her door and removed her medium sized gun. "Will I need this?" |

His voice hoarse and arms sore, William felt that he'd let off enough steam. Obviously shouting and beating wasn't solving anything. He sighs, a much calmer man and weary.
He climbs onto the bed, grabbing the laptop and securing it protectively under his pillow. He's not going to let it out of his sight again. Peering up at the mirror again, he says, "When you chaps are ready to tell me anything... just..." but trails off. "Please..." He leans back on his bed, quietly contemplating how he got here and cursing the day he'd ever discovered the secret societies. |
