They should just luanch satellite all over the world with internet on em.......the concept is simple. though a bunch of small people trying to make a living with games can't do that, it's the gov't job.
Wait, I still don't get what this is..... play game on browser, or virtually awesome connection all voer the world with no lag?
or is the guy coming up with a new game engine? or a program that let sucky computer play game with awesome graphic? I really am oblivious.
