Not necessarily..... but

IMHO, its definitely NOT worth it to upgrade any further for that computer,
If you really have an intel celeron in it, the computer itself must be well over 7+ years old... That's well over the normal lifespan of its common use lol, considering how fast technology expands.

Regarding your video card problem....
Did you really wash it? lol

After reading your post:
Why the hell are you using vista? You may have had less troubles if you were still using XP lol
