YES i have
Ive played almost every mmorpg out there and what ive found is
1) kill mobs
2) Dungeon
3) Some chinese stuff
4) Same ole content
But I dont complain about grind as long as it involes a storyline
eg:
Jade Dynasty
Very nice storyline
large lvl grind from 20 - 30 but its worth it
