Can you expect anymore from microsoft? lol, thier not gona give you a quality headset out of the box. Their is some headsets that aren't bad quality, most people just use the cheap 15 dollars one.
And i agree that ps3 headset is better quality tho, what i'm saying is no one uses it. Or at least not the people it keeps grouping me with
