Then your blind, sorry. I got lucky as assault since the other team was understaffed and all of them were newbies. I switched to recon and every single time it took me at least 4 and a half seconds to kill someone with up front shooting with about 3 or 4 different guns. I still killed people but it was due to me sneaking up on them and them having horrible aim/reaction time.
If the maps were made better and actually had those ventilation systems and whatnot that recon could use to sneak around in and popout once in a while to flank it would be a lot more balanced but I tried all but about 3 of the maps and all of them were either a mix of closed in areas with lots of big areas, or just one bit huge area with barely any cover.
