Well at everylvl the new quest that get unlocked after you finish them all get you to about 40% making you have to grind off the other 60% yes EVERY LEVEL,and you pretty much grind 30% for the quest items so thats 70% and then 30% grind so yea leveling is pretty decent,However i love the party system,Where you just grind with your friend for hours then end up using all the saved up exp,grind for 2hours can get you a good 30k+ exp(at lvl 15ish) thats 15k each you and your friend which is good FREE exp.
