..what exactly IS it? I can't find much info in English, and of the few videos I found on Youtube all I've seen is what looks like SRPG combat.

If anyone can tell me what it is, how big the playerbase is, if it has an IP block, etc, it'd be appreciated.

I havent heard of it, looks like a game that would be tough to play without a translation.
just my opinion.
