It take's a while, unfortunately.
A few quick facts:
City of Heroes has the best character creation ever. There's ALOT of powers to choose from (Primary and secondary powers) as well as thousands of costume options.
The next issue will include power colour customization which'll add further, and we're all hoping for power animation customization
