Looks good. But I thought the Asus EMs are for HTPC, also if you can get a Corsair or PC Power and Cooling PSU, get those instead, they offer a huge amount of amps on one rail instead of multiple small ones, so you don't have to measure if your rail has enough amps to power your parts.
