Ok i think you got something confused =(
first of all lets call the thief first job thief so we wont get confused anymore(90% of people been calling it rogue including myself) second evade is a 1s job (thief skill) assaulter is a second job rouge skill, third evade is not the dark sight skill where you go invisible,Lastly as a rogue(2nd job) for your first skill get the hit rate passive to 8(dont get the smokebomb its the 1st skill on the right if im not mistaken in your second job tree) smokebomb skill is useless,instead get the hit rate as stated to 8,If you have saved enough skill points (lets say 10+) you can pull off learning savage blow early,(sadly you would need to get the speed passive looks like a haste sign get that to lvl 4 though you need 2 skill points per lvl)Also make sure you do the pq/quest that give skill points!
