It's going to be room-based, just like every other F2P Korean shooter out there, so you just get weapons the same way you do in any other game of that nature. Watch the trailer again. You clearly see the soldier robot using a minigun.
Source on this? I'm guessing that your character will be customizable and you choose from different sets of weapons, it's not out yet so I can't be sure but that's my guess.

That's downright stupid. Besides, a company using a sounds effect from another game happens all the time(although it generally only happens with F2P MMOs these days). Even movies do it from time to time. But it doesn't mater if the guns sound the same because it's the sound of a gun. Gun sounds are a stupid little detail that has minimal bearing on the game. Complaining about something this small is nitpicking to a very sad extent.
Point made, stupid or not. The gun shot sounds are similar. I'll admit I did nitpick there.

Team Fortress 2 didn't pave the way for class-based first person shooters. It's just a first person shooter with classes. If you look at the individual parts of HAVE you see nothing more generic weapons, seen-it maps and an overall premise that's been done before. If you put all the parts together you get an over-the-top shooter about action figures trying to kill each other. Team Fortress 2 doesn't enter into it.
Ok so lets recap,

Both games have aluminum bats - I am aware that Valve did not come up with using the aluminum bat as a weapon, there are probably many games that have aluminum bats as melee weapons.

Both games have rocket launchers - again, many games probably do.

You can rocket jump in both games - you mentioned this was around since quake, understandable.

Both games have a guy that shoots pipe bombs out and has one eye, both bombs look the same.

Both games have miniguns - many games have miniguns

Both games give you a green message when you headshot someone using the sniper.

The trailer in HAVE is similar to TF2 (check out comparison videos posted before)

Only these 2 games have all of the above, that's why I called them similar. SIMILAR. No other GAME has all the above other than those 2. TYVM.

Nope. Not even Team Fortress 2.
True, but it says CRITICAL HIT, which basically serves to let you know you got a HS, since there are no crits with the sniper.

btw I added you on Steam.
