It will be definately the 8th.
If you're living in Europe, GMT+1 shouldn't be far off from you, thenn it will be
21:00-7:00 = 14:00 on the 8th.
For the Us it will be with GMT-7 21:00 - 15:00. Which will bring us to 6:00 on the 8th.
Anyways, for the AM/PM times ask somebody else.
I've no interest to provide times one country in the whole world uses, whereas the rest of the world uses the 24:00 hour clock (Hey i got the correct time, you guys with the AM/PM-system don't even know how to use a time zone converter)
