For second job, lets see. Depending on how you play really. If you get everything handed to you and get lucky you can reach second job in 3 days.
If you're smart and know how to level it can be a week.
If you're new and have no clue how to level it can be 2-3 weeks.

For raids and instances, they're not really in this game. Just a end game boss called Clockworks thats a guild only thing that starts at level 80 at minimum.
Main aspect of this game is doing the GvG battles. Its a battle between guilds (duh) which leads to prizes depending on victory. This is definetly the best aspect of FlyFF.
