Oh, I've a bit of a list about this..
Ninja for one, their skill would cover your formation in a "fog of war" kind of thing plus poisons of course.
Necromancers, Staff users who would take recently killed enemies or allies and do various things. Corpse control, corpse explosion, body leech, etc.
Martial Arts Masters, they would wear claws or gauntlet type weapons and have higher possibility for more hits per turn, max 5.
