Can you picture yourself at the age of 14? With a huge man with an intimidating face asking you questions. I wouldn't care if it was a cop or not I would be ****en scared of this big dude who is trained to subdue or even kill people is talking to me. Who wouldn't run from that? His face may not be intimidating but the uniform and his gitup itself causes you to be paranoid.

Now this is what confuses me abit. Did he tell her to stop and then wait abit then unholster his Taser? or did it at the same time. Because if someone told me to stop and pulled out a weapon I would be running my *** off. Though what I'm trying to say though all of this is that he used unnecessary force. I'm not sure why I could say that sooner..
