Now this is what confuses me abit. Did he tell her to stop and then wait abit then unholster his Taser? or did it at the same time. It was a police officer wearing a police officers uniform, not some kidnapping rapist wearing a ronald mcdonald costume.
She is 14 years old, not 8. She's not that LITTLE and I'm sure she's seen much more intimidating things than a cop.
At 14 years of age I'd have KNOWN not to run from a police officer, that running only makes shit worse (You even see it on TV for **** sakes) and that it's pointless to run either way because he'll end up catching you eventually. I wouldn't have done such a thing especially infront of a Police Station.
I don't condone the officers methods in dealing with the situation, but from the way I see it, it's not his fault.
