That's pretty much how my ui looks like during a raid. Ignore the other set of raid frames in the upper left corner, they were meant to be turned off. Ofc I'm playing on a higher resolution so I can fit more stuff in my screen but everything scaled lower. You should keybind all the abilities you might need during a combat so that you don't have to have HUGE action bars for clicking skills.
