OK, first of all there was no crime here. The mother and daughter were having a fight and the mom took her to the cops. The girl ran away... It is ****ing normal for something like this to happen!
In my opinion the cop had no right at all to tazer this girl. It was a child and children are irrational, but that doesn't give you the right to tazer a young girl from running away from her mother. The cop didn't know how to deal with the child and instead chose to use force, and the wrong type at that. The cop is a retard and I hope the family wins their lawsuit against this officer.
There are many ways he could have handled the situation and he chose the wrong way.
