i can't get on now...im on 56k net...takes 4 hours to update the game :/
but i'll tell u how to join the site with out pictures right now lol.
log into the mainsite, then go
http://guild.df.nexon.com/ozma/tacticians. then click the big red button at the bottom left corner (가입신청). Now use the dropdown menu and select your character, type some random message into the box, then click ok button.
this won't make you join right away, as a sub-gm or gm has to accept the request. but doing that doesn't take long.
