Well, according to the police he was belligerent and hostile. He led them on a chase to his house and pulled into the driveway. He was out of the truck when for some stupid drunk reason he decided he needed his fishing pole. There where like 3 or 4 cop cars there and when one opened fire on him because they felt he was about to pull a gun they all opened fire and there was no saving him by the paramedics, they put too many holes in him.
