Yeah a game like that with real life consequences for combat doesn't exist for a MMO. People would complain about dying to fast or other issues; there probably would be some sort of playerbase for the game but not one big enough to support it. So a game like that sounds great in your mind but it wouldn't really work out. Only think I can picture it being played as is Fallout 3, where as bonneau_14 said, you can kill everyone with one shot in the head, but the same can be said to you. Hand blew up? your gonna bleed to death. etc.
