Can someone help me?

I've been trying to get on korean DnF for over a week with no luck.

I've made 2 accounts 1st is unverified so it doesnt work 2nd works fine.

i click gamestart and it tells me to install a dnf installer i click continue and stuff but nothing happens.

can't get a screenshot of this.
